- The following instructions describe how to pair a Beats Pill 2 with the iPad Mini. First turn on the Beats Pill 2.0 by holding the power button, then press the round 'b' logo for three seconds until the button quickly flashes. This indicates that the Bluetooth speaker is in pairing mode.
- On the home screen of the phone open Settings control panel, then go to the Bluetooth menu and turn on the Bluetooth option.
- From the nearby devices list select the Beats Pill 2, it will then say "Paired" next to the name of the device.
- The Beats Pill 2 and the iPad Mini are now ready to be used to play music. Tapping on the AirPlay icon in any iOS application on the tablet that can play audio will bring up a list of devices where you will be able to toggle between the headphones, loudspeaker and a Beats Pill 2.
