  1. The following instructions describe how to pair the iPad 3 with a Beats Pill 2. First you need to turn on the Beats Pill 2.0 by holding the power button, then press and hold the 'b' for three seconds until the 'b' flashes. This indicates that the speaker is in pairing mode.
  2. From the home screen on the iPad 3 choose the Settings control panel, then go to the Bluetooth menu and turn on the Bluetooth option.
  3. Underneath select Beats Pill 2 from the list of nearby devices to connect to the iPad, shortly afterwards it will then say "Paired" next to the name of the device.
  4. You can now play music on a Beats Pill 2 wirelessly from the iPad 3.
